摘要
急诊工作一直是三级综合医院工作的重点。首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院作为全国公立医院改革的首批试点单位,率先探索如何通过改善急诊就诊环境、创新急诊管理制度、优化急诊就诊流程等管理模式的改进,盘活医院的急救资源,提高急诊工作效率,促进分级诊疗制度的落实。
Emergency care is a crucial component in every tertiary general hospital. As a pilot of national public hospital reform, Beijing Friendship Hospital leads the quest toward efficient management of emergency resources and enforcement of hierarchical medical system through the improvements of treatment environment, renovation of management policy and optimization of operations process.
