摘要
目的探讨山东省重症监护室(ICU)护理人员职业倦怠与大五人格的相关性。方法对随机抽取的山东省ICU护理人员采用职业倦怠量表和大五人格量表进行问卷调查,分别采用相关分析和分层回归分析对获得的数据进行统计学分析。结果在相关分析中,除开放性与职业倦怠的3个维度无统计学差异外(P>0.05),大五人格的其它维度与职业倦怠的3个维度均存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。而分层回归分析显示,神经质可对职业倦怠产生正向的预测作用,外倾性、自觉性可对职业倦怠产生负向的预测作用。结论大五人格可以预测ICU护理人员的职业倦怠。
Objective To explore the correlation between job burnout and big five personality of ICU nurses in Shandong.Methods Inventory survey of job burnout and big five personality were used to study ICU nurses in Shandong which was selected randomly,the obtained data was statistically analyzed by correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis respectively.Results The correlation analysis showed that there were no significant differences between openness and all of three aspects of job burnout(P〉0.05),but other aspects of big five personality and three aspects of job burnout had significant differences(P〈0.01).But the hierarchical regression analysis showed that job burnout could be predicted by neuroticism positively,and which could be predicted by conscientiousness and extraversion negatively.Conclusion Job burnout of ICU nurses can be predicted by big five personality.
