摘要
采用丙烯酸十八酯(SA)、苯乙烯(S)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MAH)、丙烯酰胺衍生物(AA)作为聚合反应的单体,通过溶液聚合的方法合成一种油溶性四元聚合物SSAM。在实验中探讨温度、时间和反应物的配比等因素对降黏效果的影响。结果表明:降黏剂加入量为700μg·g^(-1)时,在50℃使春晖稠油的表观黏度下降70%以上,净降黏率到达了40%,有良好的降黏效果。
The oil-soluble viscosity reducer SSAM was designed and synthesized with monomers including octadecyl acrylate( SA) and styrene( S),maleic anhydride( MAH) and acrylamide derivatives( AA) by solution polymerization method. Based on the experiment to investigate the reasons,such as temperature,time,ratio of reactants,impact on the effect of viscosity. When the viscosity reducer was added to the mount of 700 μg·g^(-1),the oil viscocity reduction rate was above 70%,at 50 ℃,and the net rate of viscocity reduction was almost 40%,with excellent viscosity reducing effect.
