摘要
通过试验对 SSAW、ERW、UOE三种焊管的疲劳裂纹扩展特性进行了研究。结果表明 ,三种焊管各区的疲劳裂纹扩展速率的 Paris方程表达式ΔK的指数均在 3.1～ 4.3之间 ,且SSAW焊管表现出较低的疲劳裂纹扩展速率。随着加载应力比的提高 ,疲劳裂纹扩展速率将随之增大。
In this paper, the fatigue crack growth characteristics of SSAW、ERW、UOE pipe are studied through experiments. The results show that the index of ΔK in the Paris Fomula of the tested pipe varies from 3.1 to 4.3, the da/dN of SSAW pipe is lower. The fatigue crack growth rate will be accelerated when the stress ratio is increased.
