摘要 稠油的密度大、粘度高、流动性差,输送困难。对稀释法、乳化降粘法、加剂降粘法、超声波法、改质降粘法、低粘液环法等稠油不加热集输技术的机理及应用条件进行了分析,探讨制约不加热输送技术发展的难题,为稠油的经济、安全输送提供有益的借鉴。 It is difficult to transport heavy oil due to its high density and viscosity and poor fluidity. Analyzed are mechanisms and application conditions of unheated heavy oil gathering and transportation technology such as dilution viscosity reduction method, emulsion viscosity reduction method, additive viscosity reduction method, ultrasonic viscosity reduction method, modification viscosity reduction method and low viscosity liquid ring method, discussed are some problems of constraining the development of unheated gathering and transportation technology, which can provide useful reference for economical and safe heavy oil transportation.
