摘要
提出了一种适于特稠油地面管道输送的主辅型降粘方法 ,其作法是 ,在首站将特稠油加热 (辅助降粘作用 )到 80℃ ,并一次性加入降粘剂降粘 (主要降粘作用 ) ,然后正常输送到终端站炼油厂。为此介绍了如何通过特稠油物性分析来确定降粘剂 。
Main and auxiliary methods suitable to extremely viscous oil surface pipeline transmission are proposed, including heating the viscous oil to 80℃ at first station (auxiliary viscosity reduction )and then the oil is transferred to the terminal station, namely the refinery. Thus how to determine the viscosity reducer through analyzing physical property of the viscous oil and the process of auxiliary viscosity reduction by heat treatment and main viscosity reduction by heat treatment and main viscosity reducing by the reducer are discussed.
