浅析现代学徒制“双导师制”教学团队建设的探索与实践 被引量:29

摘要 目前高职院校普遍存在"专业教师下企业难、企业师傅聘请难"的问题,现代学徒制的教学任务必须由学校教师和企业师傅共同承担,形成"双导师"制,因此,打造学校导师、企业导师"双导师制"教学团队,是推行现代学徒制急需破解的难题。广州铁路职业技术学院通过创新体制机制搭建政校行企协同育人平台、建立"双导师制"教学团队互聘共培长效机制、改革实习模式突破"师傅"不足瓶颈等途径,建设了一支适合现代学徒制人才培养的"双导师制"教学团队,可为其他高职院校提供参考和借鉴。 At present,it is common problem that it is hard for higher vocational colleges' professional teachers to go to enterprise,and hard for enterprise to hire masters. The teaching task of modern apprenticeship must be borne by the school teachers and enterprise master commonly to form " double tutors " system. Therefore,to build the school mentor,enterprise mentors "double tutorial system " teaching team,implement modern apprenticeship is an urgent need to crack the problem. Guangzhou Institute of Railway Technology through innovation systems and mechanisms to build line Zheng Jiao Qi Xie educational platform with mutually,to set up the " double tutorial system" teaching team,a total of a long- term mechanism,reform practice pattern breakthrough way such as the lack of " master" bottleneck,build a suitable for the modern apprenticeship training of " double tutorial system" teaching team,can provide reference for other higher vocational colleges.
