摘要
近年来,教师培训中涌现出一批有效培训模式,其设计理念大致有如下取向:一是追求满足参训教师需求的适应性培训理念;二是指向问题解决的任务驱动式培训理念;三是强调基于教师职场应用的实践性培训理念;四是重视学员互动的参与式培训理念;五是强调资源互补的合作式培训理念;六是基于互联网资源的个性化培训理念。在培训模式上设计中实践这些理念时建议坚持如下原则:一是遵循成人学习特点;二是关注教师常态化研修需要;三是聚焦于教师学习;四是培训课堂可包含多种培训模式;五是多种设计理念可集中体现在同一项目模式建构中。
In recent years,a number of effective training modes have emerged in the practice of teacher training.The design concepts of the training modes may be conclude as follows:the first concept is that teacher training should aim at meeting the development needs of participating teachers and can adapt to changes in teacher needs;The second idea is that teacher training should help teachers solve problems and drive teacher development with problem-solving tasks.The third idea is that the training of teachers should be based on teachers’professional practice,and the training mode has strong practical characteristics.The fourth idea is that teachers should pay attention to the interaction and participation of students in the activities.The fifth concept holds that teacher training emphasizes the complementarity of training resources and the cooperation between training institutions.The sixth idea is that teacher training should make full use of Internet resources to promote their personalized development.When designing the training mode,the following principles should be practiced:First,attach importance to the characteristics of adult learning;The second is to meet the needs of teachers’regular training.The third is to focus on teachers’learning.Fourth,the training class can include a variety of training modes;Fifth,many concepts of teacher training model design can be applied to the same project at the same time.
