摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在门急诊护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2014年10月~2015年5月来我院门急诊实习的65例护生作为对照组,在实习带教中采用常规的带教方法,选取2015年7月~2016年2月来我院门急诊实习的68例护生作为研究组,在实习带教中采用临床护理路径式的带教方法,实习结束后比较两组护生的实习效果及带教方法满意度。结果研究组护生的实习效果及带教方法满意度优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论临床护理路径式的带教方法能显著提高实习效果及护生满意度。
Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing path in the nursing practice teaching in outpatient emergency department. Methods 65 cases of nursing students practiced at our outpatient emergency department from October 2014 to May 2015 were selected as a control group, received conventional teaching method in nursing teaching, 68 cases of nursing students from July 2015 to February 2016 were selected as a study group, received clinical nursing path teaching method. Results The practice effect and satisfaction of teaching methods in study group were significantly better than the control g r o u p( P 〈0. 0 5). Conclusion The clinical nursing path teaching method can significantly improve the practical effect and nursing students' satisfaction.
