摘要
目的探讨临床护理教学中存在的问题和临床护理教学模式。方法对临床护理教学存在的问题进行分析,并探讨其临床护理教学模式。结果临床护理教学存在着以下的问题:教学管理体制欠完善、护理教育的培养目标不明确、教学师资薄弱、临床护理教学模式及方法更新不够和临床教学评价方式欠完善。结论在临床护理教学中应注意教学模式的合理选择,加强临床教学管理,完善相应的临床教学管理体系,以促进学生的全面发展。
Objective To explore the problems in nursing teaching and the teaching model of clinical nursing. Method The problems in clinical nursing teaching were analyzed, and the teaching models of clinical nursing were explored. Result The problems in clinical nursing teaching included imperfect management system, unclear goal of nursing education, lack of qualified teaching faculty, inadequate updating of teaching model and inadequate evaluation of clinical teaching. Conclusion For students＇ comprehensive developments, teaching models should reasonably be chosen, teaching management should be strengthened and clinical teaching management system should be perfected.
