摘要
目的:探讨新的教学查房模式在临床教学中的应用效果。方法:将80名本科护生按实习时间分为对照组和试验组各40名,对照组采用传统教学查房方法,试验组采用护生主导式教学查房,并进行出科成绩比较和对临床教学满意度评价比较。结果:试验组护生出科考核成绩、对临床教学满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施护生主导式临床护理教学查房,能够转变护生在护理教学查房中的角色,参与者变为主导者,从而提高护理临床教学的质量。
To discuss the effectiveness of new nursing ward -round in clinical teaching. Methods:Eighty nursing college students were devided into the experiment group (40 students) and the control group (40 students). Students - leading - way nursing ward - round was applied among the experiment group, and the teacher -centered way was used in the control group. The effectiveness of the two methods was compared. Results:Tlae effectiveness in nursing ward - rounds of the experiment group was superior to that of the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The way of students - centered nursing ward - round can improve the quality of clinical teaching by changing the role of the nursing students, from the participants to dominators.
