摘要
该文以生态经济的视角,运用数据包络分析法——DEA对农业资源配置效率进行研究。在构建指标体系时注重经济效益和生态影响的综合体现,并以此为原则选择3个产出指标和7个投入指标对河南省18市的农业资源配置效率进行实证分析,测算出各地市的纯技术效率和规模效率,并运用DEA对效率较低市的农业资源配置进行优化。结果表明:河南省农业资源配置总体效率较高,但仍存在地区差异,部分地市的农业资源投入均不同程度出现冗余,其中化肥、农药和农膜使用量过剩现象较突出。同时,通过DEA分析工具可以根据不同地市的具体情况针对性地选择优化方案,从纯技术效率或规模效率入手优化资源配置,实现生态和经济的协调和可持续发展。
This article researched the allocation efficiency of agricultural resources in view of ecological economy , and used the method of data envelopment analysis——DEA. This paper paid attention to economic benefit and ecological impact when construct the indicator system .Choosing three input indicators and seven output indicators to research the resources allocation efficiency of 18 cities of Henan ,and get the pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency ,optimized agricultural resource for the low efficiency cities using DEA. Result shows that the overall efficiency of the allocation of resources in Henan is higher,but still have difference between cities,some cities＆#39;agricultural resources have different degree of redundancy,which use surplus chemical fertilizers,pesticides and agricultural film. At the same time,we can choose optimization scheme according to the specific condition of different cities through the DEA,optimize the allocation of resources from the pure technical and scale efficiency,and realize the coordinated and sustainable development of ecology and economy.
