摘要
湖南科技职业学院与浙江嘉兴智慧产业园合作,争取当地政府支持,吸纳行业企业参与,依托园区建立了一个综合性的创新创业型实训基地,将创新创业教育与常规实习实训教学有机融合,探索了一条突破创新创业教育发展瓶颈的有效途径。嘉兴基地由园区提供创新创业平台、实训场地、实训设备以及生活配套设施,合作企业提供实训资源和创新创业项目,学校组织学生入园实训和创业,有效地聚合了各方资源。基地内学生学习内容与真实工作岗位紧密结合,实习实训教学与创新创业教育有机衔接,真正实现了产教融合、工学结合。
Depending on local government and business, Hunan vocational college of science ＆ technology and Zhejiang Jiaxing wisdom industry district constructed a exercitation base to be the same with innovation and pioneering work together. Innovation and pioneering work education and practice education were syncretized together in the base, breaking through developing bottleneck of innovation and pioneering work together. In the base, Zhejiang Jiaxing wisdom industry district provided for innovation and pioneering work platform, practice field, practice equipment and living facility, and local business provided for practice resource and innovation and pioneering work project, and the college organized students to do pioneering work and pratice. Because study content and true work of the students were integrated closcly, and practice, innovation and pioneering work of the students were connected correctly, the education was syncretized with the production, and the study was integrated with the work.
