摘要
为了进一步适应社会经济的发展需要,培养创新创业型人才,根据术科的专业特点和术科专业学生在人才培养过程中所存在的困惑,提出若干人才培养的举措,为地方本科院校向应用型技术大学转型、有针对性地培养术科人才提出意见和建议。
In order to further meet the needs of economic development and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents, this study introduces some measures of cultivating talents based on professional characteristics of the subjects and the confusions existing in the process of cultivating talents, and gives some comments and suggestions on how to purposefully cultivate discipline talents under the background of local undergraduate colleges transforming into universities of applied technology.
