摘要
目的:研究白花蛇舌草的化学成分。方法:药材采用水提取,提取液用大孔吸附树脂,硅胶,小孔树脂凝胶(MCI),羟丙基葡聚糖凝胶(Sephadex)柱色谱及半制备HPLC进行分离,并通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从白花蛇舌草中分离得6个化合物,分别鉴定为胸腺嘧啶-2'-脱氧核苷(2'-deoxythymidine,1),2'-O-甲基肌苷(2'-O-methylinosine,2),肌苷(inosine,3),尿苷(uridine,4),鸟苷(guanosine,5),β-腺苷(β-adenosine,6)。结论:6个化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Oldenlandia diffusa . Method: The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, MCI gel, Sephadex LH-20 and RP-semi-preparative HPLC. The structures of compounds were elucidated on the basis of physicochemical and spectral analysis. Result: Six compounds were isolated from the water extract of O. diffusa, and their structures β-adenosine (6), respectively. Conclusion: All the isolated compounds were obtained from the Hedyotis for the first time.
