摘要
目的研究红花Carthamus tinctorius的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱方法对红花提取物进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果从红花中分离得到了10个含氮类化合物,分别鉴定为L-苯丙氨酸(1)、胸腺嘧啶(2)、次黄嘌呤核苷(3)、鸟嘌呤核苷(4)、2′-脱氧胸苷(5)、2′-甲氧基尿嘧啶核苷(6)、巴内加素banegasine(7)、腺嘌呤核苷(8)、2′-脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(9)、5′-deoxy-5′-methylamino-adenosine(10)。结论化合物3、5、6、9和10为首次从红花中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from flowers of Carthamus tinctorius. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by multiple chromatographic methods. Their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physicochemical properties. Results Ten compounds were identified as 1-phenylalanine (1), thymine (2), inosine (3), guanosine hydrate (4), thymidine (5), 2'-O-methyluridine (6), banegasine (7), adenosine (8), 2'-deoxyadenosine (9), and 5'-deoxy-5'- methylamino-adenosine (10). Conclusion Compound 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
