摘要
运用熵权法对高校科技成果进行评价能更科学地反映高校的科技创新水平。以辽宁省27所高校为研究对象,运用熵值法计算各项指标的权重,建立基于熵权法的高校科技成果综合评价模型。分析发现:科技资源投入直接影响科研成果的产出以及转化效率,是影响高校科技成果产出的关键因素;综合性大学和部属高校的科技成果水平相对较高;各高校的科技成果水平呈现出区域性差异;各大学在科技创新过程中要注意扬长避短、办出特色,特别是应该集中优势资源主攻某一项或某几项指标以拉开与其他高校的距离。
Using entropy method to evaluate sci-tech achievements can reflect the level of scientific and technological innovation of universities more scientifically. Based on the data provided by Liaoning Province Education Statistical Yearbook, the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of each index. The paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation model to assess sci-tech achievements of 27 universities in Liaoning Province. It is demonstrated that the resource input directly affects the output and conversion efficiency of scientific research,and it is the key factor that influence the output of sci-tech achievements of universities. The level of sci-tech achievements is regionally different from each other,and integrated colleges and universities and affiliated college is more prominent.The universities should pay attention to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,especially should focus advantage resources on a indicator.
