摘要
目的探讨平安散结胶囊维持治疗对中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者生存的影响。方法根据纳入标准选取80例中晚期NSCLC患者随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),两组均经化疗一线治疗后,观察组采用平安散结胶囊治疗,对照组无任何干预,定期随访两组患者,观察分析两组的临床症状、体力状况、生活质量、无进展生存期(PFS)及安全性。结果观察组各项中医临床症候及体力状况改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者在治疗后的情绪功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分及整体健康状况评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),疲倦、恶心呕吐及疼痛评分、失眠、便秘及纳差评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的PFS为(5.54±1.23)个月,明显高于对照组的(2.78±0.65)个月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组无明显不良反应发生。结论平安散结胶囊维持治疗可明显改善中晚期NSCLC患者的临床症状、体力状况及生活质量,延长患者的PFS,且安全性高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the influence of Pingansanjie Capsules on patients with mid-advanced non small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）. Methods According to inclusion condition selection, 80 cases were randomly divided into the observation group of 40 cases, 40 cases in the control group, two groups were through first-line chemotherapy, the ob- servation group was given Pingansanjie Capsules, the control group were followed up regularly. The disease-related symptoms, quality of life, KPS score, progression-free survival （PFS） and safety were observed. Results In observation group, the clinical symptoms and KPS score were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; in observation group, the physical function, role function, emotional function and global QOL score were higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the scores of fatigue, chest pain, emesis, insomnia, constipation and loss of appetite were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the PFS of observation group was （5.54±1.23） months, longer than that of control group （P 〈 0.01）; no obvious adverse reaction occured in the observation group. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Pingansanjie Capsules in treatment of mid-advanced NSCLC can improve symptoms and quality of life of patients, prolong the progression free survival.
