摘要
目的总结分析近年来中医药维持疗法与化疗维持疗法对比治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库、Pubmed、Cochrane Library以及EMBASE等数据库,各数据库检索时间均从建库起至2019年8月,收集有关中医药维持对比化疗维持治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效的随机对照试验。采用Review Manager 5.3软件对无疾病进展生存期、总生存期、生活质量、中医症候评分等指标进行meta分析。结果最终纳入10个随机对照试验。结果显示,中医药维持治疗与维持化疗在无疾病进展生存期、总生存期方面无明显差异;与维持化疗对比,中医药维持治疗可以提高中医症候评分和患者生活质量。纳入的研究质量均较低。结论中医药维持治疗NSCLC可能是中晚期NSCLC维持化疗的一种有效替代方法,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine(CM)maintenance treatment versus chemotherapy maintenance treatment for advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)by literature study.Methods By searching the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,Embase from the establishing to August 2019,we collected the randomized controlled trials(RCT)of CM maintenance treatment versus chemotherapy maintenance treatment for advanced NSCLC.Progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were used as the indicators of meta-analysis with Review Manager 5.3.Results A total of 10 RCTs were included in the literature review.The results showed that there were no significant differences in PFS and OS between CM maintenance treatment and chemotherapy maintenance.Compared with maintenance chemotherapy,CM maintenance treatment could improve the scores of TCM syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced NSCLC.The quality of all the included studies was relatively low.Conclusion CM maintenance treatment may act as an alternative maintenance therapy for advanced NSCLC,but the conclusion need further verify.
