摘要
通过研究某款发动机小负荷加速敲击噪声,总结了旋片式叶片泵噪声的主要类型与产生机理,研究了油气排出过程中油气冲击噪声的控制方法。研究显示,通过优化排出口形状、限制真空泵进油量和增加叶片重量及厚度等方式,能有效降低泵体内部的油气冲击能量,改善旋片式真空泵的敲击噪声。
Based on the investigation of engine knocking noise during low load sweep, the noise of sliding vane rotary vacuum pump has been summarized. The control method of sliding vane ro- tary vacuum pump noise has also been studied. The result shows it is effective to reduce the hydraulic knocking energy and improve the noise by optimizing the outlet of pump, restricting the oil supply and increasing the weight and thickness of the blade.
