摘要
现代机械产品的一个重要标志是低噪音，而作为传统观念，滑阀真空泵振动、噪声大。实践证明这一结论可以改变，新设计的Ｈ－１５０Ａ型滑阀真空泵比传统产品振动、噪声有了大幅度的改进。样机主要性能参数指标均达到或接近国外９０年代同类产品水平，振动小，噪声仅为Ｌｗ＝８１．４ｄＢ（Ａ），远远好于国内外同类产品噪声水平，本文介绍其低噪音设计的几个思路，供同行参考。
Abstract Low noise is an important mark of modern mechanical products.But in old opinion,rotary piston vacuum pump has high noise and strong vibration.The experiments proved that conclusion could be changed.Compared with traditional products,the noise and vibration of new type H 150A rotary piston vacuum pump have becn greatly improved.The main performance figures of model outputs have reached or almost reached advanced level of 90's the same products abroad. Its vibration was reduced at the design stage.Specially its noise figure is only 81.4 dB(A),Which is surperior to the same products wherever at home or abroad. This paper introduces several ideas about its design with lower noise level which provide exchange among companions.
