摘要
滑阀真空泵是一种容积式真空泵 ,在工业领域中广泛应用。该泵的旋转活塞平衡长期以来无精确的计算方法 ,其旋转活塞产生的离心力引起泵的大振动。因此降低该泵的振动长期以来是各国设计者们追寻的目标。文章在分析滑阀泵旋转活塞惯性力的基础上 ,从理论上分析比较了 H- 15 0 A,H- 15 0型国产单缸泵及英国 GENERAL 公司的 GKT- 30 0 AB型三缸结构滑阀泵的平衡效果。在滑阀泵动平衡的发展方向上提出了自已的看法。
Rotary piston pump is a volume type vacuum pump widely applied in industry, there has been no method of calculating the exact dynamic balance of its rotary piston which is the main source of vibration and noise. For a long time, it is the main aim of domestic and foreign designers to reduce the vibration of the pump which is caused by the centrifugal force of the piston. In this paper, the dynamic force of piston is analyzed, and the balance effects of domestic simplex pumps H 150A, H 150 , and British general company made triplex pump GKT 300AB are compared theoretically. Some opinions of the developing direction of balancing rotary piston pump are also given.
