摘要
基于电动真空泵的工作原理,考虑固定方式及固定点位置、布置间隙、装配工艺性、维修方便性,以及整车通过性、NVH性能、热保护、安全性能、涉水性能、美观性等整车性能要求,总结出电动真空泵以及真空管路的布置要素,并阐述了电动真空泵的性能验证方法。结合开发实例,完成了电动真空泵以及真空管路的布置方案,为后续开发车型提供了参考。
Based on the working principle of the electric vacuum pump,the layout key points of the electric vacuum pump and vacuum tube were summarized,considering the fixed way,fixed point position,layout gap,assembly process,maintenance process,and the performance requirements of the vehicle,such as the vehicle passing property,NVH,heat protection,safety performance,water related performance and aesthetics.The performance verification methods of the electric vacuum pump were also expounded.Combined with the development example,the layout schemes of the electric vacuum pump and vacuum tube are completed,which provide a reference for vehicle development in the future.
