摘要
目的分析阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者切口不良的主要原因,研究细节护理对切口愈合不良的预防价值。方法选择2013年1月—2016年1月50例阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者进行研究,随机分为两组。对照组25例给予常规护理,实验组25例给予细节护理,观察效果。结果实验组护理后切口愈合为(7.52±1.51)d,焦虑程度为(46.32±2.52)分,MUIS评分为(56.32±4.88)分,均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论阑尾炎合并糖尿病患者给予细节护理可以预防切口愈合不良,促进早期康复。
Objective To analysis of appendicitis patients with diabetes mellitus incision,the main reasons for the poor research details nursing preventive value of poor healing of incision. Methods From January 2013 to January 2013 study,50 cases of appendicitis patients with diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into two groups. 25 cases were given routine nursing care,experimental group 25 cases gives details of nursing,the observation result. Results The nursing after healing of incision was（ 7.52±1.51） d,anxiety levels was（ 46.32± 2.52） points,MUIS score was（ 56.32± 4.88） minutes,were superior to control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion Appendicitis patients with diabetes mellitus give detail care can prevent poor healing of incision,promote early rehabilitation.
