摘要
目的探究老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病的有效护理对策。方法选择该院2013年3月—2015年2月期间所收治的60例老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者,依据随机数字表法将其分为实验组(n=30)与参照组(n=30),参照组患者在院期间给予常规护理,实验组患者在院期间给予综合护理干预。结果实验组并发症发生率低于参照,实验组护理满意度高于参照组,均P<0.05。结论对老年阑尾炎伴糖尿病患者实施综合护理干预效果显著,可有效减少并发症,促进病情康复,同时也可提高护理满意度,具有重要的临床实践价值。
Objective To explore the effective nursin5 measures of senile appendicitis associated with diabetes. Methods Our hospital in March 2013 - February 2015 during the 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetes with appendicitis treated, according to the random number table method divided into experimental group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30） and con- trol group patients given routine care during the school, the experimental group patients give comprehensive nursing inter- vention during school. Results The complication rate is lower than the reference, the experimental group nursing satisfaction is higher than the control group, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for elderly patients with diabetes with appendicitis effect is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the complications, promoting disease rehabilita- tion, also can improve nursing satisfaction at the same time, has the important clinical practice value.
