摘要
探讨了围手术期优质护理对阑尾炎患者手术后的效果及其生活活动能力的影响。选取100例阑尾炎手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分成两组,每组各50例。对照组行围手术期常规护理,观察组行围手术期优质护理。对比两组患者术后恢复时间(胃肠道恢复时间、下床运动时间、住院时间),护理后VAS评分以及入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠障碍评分,护理后生理功能、社会功能、心理功能、健康状况评分以及术后并发症(创口感染、创口出血、呼吸道感染、压疮、血栓)发生率。研究发现,围手术期优质护理可促进阑尾炎患者手术恢复,改善其疼痛和睡眠情况,提高其生活活动能力,同时有效避免术后并发症,整体护理效果理想,值得临床推广。
To explore the effect of perioperative quality nursing on the postoperative results and activities of life of patients with appendicitis.100 patients with appendicitis were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,50 patients in each group.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received highquality perioperative care.The postoperative recovery time(gastrointestinal recovery time,time of getting out of bed exercise,and hospitalization time),VAS score after nursing,and sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disorder score,physiological function,social function,psychological function,health status score after nursing,as well as the incidence of postoperative complications(wound infection,wound bleeding,respiratory tract infection,pressure sore,thrombosis)were compared between the two groups.The study found that high-quality perioperative nursing can promote the recovery of appendicitis patients,improve their pain and sleep,improve their ability to live,and effectively avoid postoperative complications.The overall nursing effect is ideal and worth adopting.
