摘要 以哈尔滨、北京、成都三个地区为例,分析了提高办公建筑气密性对采暖和空调能耗的影响。研究发现,在满足室内空气品质的前提下,适当的减少换气次数,提高建筑气密性,对全年空调能耗有一定的节能效果,对全年采暖能耗降低显著,且在不同地区的影响也有差异,即在全年室外平均气温较低的地区,改变换气次数对建筑能耗的影响更大。因此,减少建筑物空气渗透量能耗是建筑节能的一个重要方面。 Taking Haerbin, Beijing and Chengdu as case studies, the influence on heating and cooling energy consumption is analyzed by increasing the tightness of office building. The research shows that: a) under the premise to meet the indoor air quality, reducing the number of ventilators and increasing the airtightness of buildings properly have certain energy-saving effect on the annual consumption of energy for air-conditioning and also reduce the annual consumption of energy for heatingsigniflcantly; b) this influence on energy consumption is different in different regions. Especially in the regions with a lower annual average outdoor temperature, changing the number of ventilators has a greater impact on building energy consumption, Therefore, it is an important approach to building energy conservation by reducing the energy consumption of building air permeation amount.
