钢结构装配式被动房的围护结构施工关键技术 被引量:9

摘要 系统研究由钢结构与装配式体系构建被动房围护结构体系及施工工艺的方法。分别采用部分预制构件构成的围护结构体系与全预制构件构成的围护结构体系进行被动房建设实践。在独立基础上组装钢结构框架,用现浇混凝土将叠合板和钢结构框架浇筑成装配式结构一体化;采用锚栓与辅助焊接方式加强预制构部件结构强度,由专业密封胶密封缝隙。采用鼓风门气密性测试法检验施工效果。结果表明由ALC板与外保温构成的部分装配式围护结构体系与全预制构件构成的装配式围护结构体系均满足德国被动房气密性标准。验证了工业化方式建设被动房的可行性,对装配式被动房设计及实践有一定的指导作用。 The paper is aimed to systematically study the way of passive house 's building envelop and the construction technology of steel and assembled components. The method of constructing passive house with the room-assembled was proposed. And with the part of assembled building envelope and all of assembled building envelope in passive house construction practice,the key technology of construction is achieved with the steel frame on the independent foundation,casting the composite board and the steel structure frame into the assembled-integration by the cast-in-place concrete, installing the prefabricated parts by the anchor bolt and the welding method,sealing by the professional sealant gap,and using the blast door air-tightness to test the practice result. The results show that the part-assembled of prefabricated ALC plate combined with the exterior insulation and assembled structure of building-envelope meet the G erman passive house air-tightness standard. The conclusion proves the feasibility of the industrialized passive house construction,and it also can guide the design and practice of the assembled-passive house construction.
