夏热冬冷地区某住宅围护结构参数组合优化研究

摘要 采用EnergyPlus全年能耗模拟软件对夏热冬冷地区某住宅楼的建筑能耗进行模拟,考虑在不同的墙体、窗户性能及建筑气密性等3种因素影响下建筑能耗的变化,设计正交模拟试验,根据方差分析的结果得出窗户对建筑能耗的影响最大,并找出能耗最低的最优组合。该方案对实际工程建设具有一定的参考意义。 In order to analyze the influence of envelope construction and airtightness to building ener-gy , the energy of a residential building in hot summer and cold winter area is simulated. According to the orthogonal experiment, the software EnergyPlus is applied for simulation and calculation, the analysis of variance is conducted. The most crucial factor of energy consumption and the best combination scheme of building envelope are obtained. This thesis has certain reference value to real project.
