摘要
目前我国儿科医疗发展中人力资源缺乏,质量有待提高,导致各大医院儿科门诊处等候看病的患儿较多。在社会上凸显的"看病难、看病贵"问题中,儿科医院"看病难、看病贵"变得越来越明显。文章对儿科医院的门诊现状产生原因做了具体分析,并结合国家相关政策,提出了相应的对策,以解决儿童"看病难、看病贵"的困扰,促进儿童医疗行业的健康发展。
Nowadays,the lack of human resources as well as the quality to be improved in the process of pediatric medical development in our country result in a situation that there are too many children waiting for treatment in major hospitals of pediatrics clinic.The prominent problem of ＂difficulty and high cost of treatment＂ in our society,the same issue in pediatric hospital is becoming more and more evident.According to the current situation of pediatric hospital outpatient service,the article made a concrete analysis to the cause of the issue.Meanwhile,in order to solve the trouble-＂difficulty and high cost of treatment＂ for children,the thesis put forward the corresponding countermeasures,combining with relevant national policies,to promote the healthy development of children＇s medical industry.
