摘要
从组织形式、带教内容、教师反馈方法3个方面介绍北京协和医院普通内科督导式教学门诊的实施,并通过全科教学门诊案例的接诊过程阐述如何结合实际案例向全科医学住院医师规范化培训学员传递全科理念,将全科理念应用于门诊接诊。
Supervised Teaching Clinic of the General Internal Medicine Department,Peking Union Medical College Hospital,is introduced from three respects including it's organization form,teaching contents,and feedback given by the supervisor.Through the actual cases in these clinics,it is illustrated how to implement the value of general practice during the interviews and how to deliver it to the residents in standardized training program.
