摘要
本文探讨中医特色儿科家庭医生工作室标准化建设及服务效果,分别从场所、配置、设施、管理等内容上对其进行统一规范与管理。为了更好地提高群众对家庭医生的知晓率和满意度,提高家庭医生签约人数,提升家庭医生的服务能级,促进社区居民逐步下沉社区,笔者提出了一系列相关措施,研究并讨论最终效果。
This paper is aimed at exploring the standardization and service effect of the pediatric family doctor studio with Traditional Chinese medicine characteristics,in terms of location,configuration,facilities,and management.It proposes a series of related measures to better improve the public awareness and satisfaction with family doctors,increase the number of family doctors,improve the service level,and engage community residents to the community service.
