摘要
儿童基本医疗是全科医生工作中的重要部分。提高基层卫生机构全科医生的儿童疾病诊治能力和信心,是实现儿童分级诊疗的重要前提条件。2016年底原国家卫生和计划生育委员会国际交流与合作中心与英国驻华使馆中国繁荣基金合作,通过借鉴英国儿童健康照顾的专业知识,开展了全科医生儿科专业培训的试点项目,旨在探索开展全科医生儿科专业培训的相关内容、课程设置、培训效果、存在的问题等,并针对未来全科医生儿科专业培训提出可行的建议。
Primary health care of children is part of general practitioners(GPs)'work.But in China,most GPs don't have the capacity to treat pediatric patients because of lack of training.At the end of year 2016,former National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People's Republic of China,in collaboration with the British Embassy,carried out the "Using UK Healthcare Expertise to Strengthen Training of General Practitioners in Pediatrics"program,aimed to explore the training model and content in pediatrics for GPs to improve GPs'capacity of treating pediatric patients in primary healthcare system and make suggestions for future training programs in pediatrics for GPs.
