摘要
结合东华理工大学土木工程专业本科生培养模式,从改进教学方法增加课堂趣味性、整合教学内容完善培养方案、加强与企业的合作即校企联合培养、加强师资队伍建设提高教学水平、加强实习基地建设重视实践性教学这五个方面提出了相应的对策,构建了以社会需求为导向的应用型人才培养模式。
Based on a combination of civil engineering undergraduates' training model from East China University of Technology,this paper constructs a model of training application-oriented talents for the social needs,and proposes the corresponding countermeasures from five aspects as follows: improving the teaching methods and increasing the classroom interest,integrating the teaching contents and improving the training plans,strengthening the cooperation between school and enterprises,strengthening the construction of teachers and improving the teaching standards,and strengthening the construction of practice bases and paying attention to practical teaching.
