摘要
介绍一种学生角色轮换制实验教学管理方法和模式。要求学生在不同的项目中轮换,担当不同的角色,不仅完成自己的实验,还要评判别人的实验。这种教学方法旨在锻炼学生的实践动手能力、分析问题和解决问题能力,以及团队合作能力和责任心。
This article represents a method and a mode of student role rotation in experimental teaching management.Students are required to play and rotate different roles in various projects.They have to judge other students＇ results and complete their own experiments.Students not only focus on their own experiments,but also give their proper estimation of others＇ results and do the experiment based on others＇ effort.This mode aims at improving each student＇s practical ability,analytical ability and solving problems ability.Meanwhile,their teamwork and responsibility are enhanced.
