摘要
基于生涯建构理论,以福建省3所综合类大学的275名大学生为被试,通过问卷调查,运用有调节的中介作用检验程序进行模型检验,考察了大学生职业决策自我效能在生涯适应力与职业决断力的中介作用及职业呼唤的调节作用。结果表明:大学生生涯适应力四维度正向预测其职业决断力;职业决策自我效能感在生涯适应力对职业决断力的影响中起中介作用,其中,职业决策自我效能在生涯适应力的关注、控制、好奇三维度对职业决断的影响中起部分中介作用,在自信维度上起完全中介作用;职业呼唤在职业决策自我效能对职业决断力的影响中起着调节作用,相比低的职业呼唤,大学生具备高的职业呼唤时,其生涯适应力通过职业决策自我效能的中介作用对职业决断力产生的积极影响更强烈。
Based on career construction theory, this study explored the effects of college students' career adaptability on their work volition, and the mediate role of career decision making self-efficacy, and the moderate role of career calling. 275 college students from 3 universities were surveyed with self-report questionnaire in order to test this moderated mediation model. Findings show that: the four-dimensional of career adaptability exert significantly positive effect on college students' work volition.Career decision making self-efficacy served as mediator in the relations between career adaptability and work volition; particularly, it partially mediated the relationships among career concern, career control, career curiosity and the work volition. Career calling moderated the mediation path through career decision making self-efficacy. Moreover, this indirect effect was much stronger for college students with high career calling relative to those with low career calling.
