摘要
职业事关个体的幸福和身心健康。职业选择一直以来都是职业心理学家们研究的重点,经典职业心理学理论主要关注影响职业选择的个体因素。工作心理理论将社会环境作为重要因素,提出个体职业选择的核心是获取体面劳动。该理论在未来应从心理学的视角探索体面劳动的结构,结合不同文化研究影响体面劳动的社会环境因素,拓展其研究对象,探索基于工作心理理论的职业生涯教育。
Career is a matter of individual's physical and mental health and well-being.Career decisions have always been a focus in the research of vocational psychologists.The classical theories of vocational psychology focus on the individual factors affecting career decisions.The Psychology of Working Theory(PWT)emphasizes on social background factors,putting forward that the core of the individual career decisions is to get a decent work.In the future,this theory should explore the structure of decent work from the perspective of psychology,study the social and environmental factors that affect decent work integrating different cultures,expand its field of study and explore the career education based on PWT.
