摘要
目的:建立酢浆草药材的薄层鉴别方法。方法:以酢浆草对照药材、β-谷甾醇为对照品,对影响薄层色谱的各个因素进行考察,筛选出最佳的薄层色谱条件。结果:筛选出酢浆草薄层鉴别的最佳条件,确定了实验方法。结论:建立了酢浆草药材的薄层鉴别方法,具有斑点清晰、分离度良好、操作简便、方法重复性好的特点,为进一步完善酢浆草的质量标准提供一定依据。
Objective To establish a TLC identification method for Oxalis corniculata L.Methods Using both the standard Oxalis corniculata L.and β-sitosterol as the reference substances of TLC idetification,to investigate the factors affecting the thin layer chromatography,select the best thin layer chromatographic conditions.Results Selected the best thin layer chromatographic conditions of Oxlis corniculata L.,experiment method was confirmed.Conclusion Established the thin layer identification method of Oxalis cornicu-lata L.Its characteristics inluded the clear spots,good separating degree,easy operation and the method repeatability well.The method could provide a certain basis for further improving the quality standards of Oxalis corniculata L.
