摘要
目的研究酢浆科植物黄花酢浆草(Oxalis pes-caprae L.)干燥全草的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶色谱等方法进行化学成分的分离纯化,,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了其中10个化合物,分别为胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,1),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,2),牡荆素(vitexin,3),异牡荆素(isovitexin,4),刺槐素(acacetin,5),刺槐苷(robinin,6),β-生育酚(β-tocopherol,7),酒石酸(tartaric acid,8),香草酸(vanillic acid,9)和木樨草素(luteolin,10)。结论所有化合物都是首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Oxalis pes-caprae L. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated and purified with silica column chromatography and gel chromatography, etc. Their structures were identified by physico- ehemieal properties and various spectroscopic methods including NMR spectrum, MS, UV, etc. RESUTLS Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate part, among which 10 compounds were elucidated as daueosterol( 1 ) , β-sitosterol(2) , vitexin(3), iso- vitexiu ( 4 ), acacetin ( 5 ), robinin ( 6 ), β-toeopherol ( 7 ), tartaric acid ( 8 ), vanillic acid ( 9 ), and luteolin ( 10 ). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from Oxalis pes-caprae L. for the first time.
