摘要
对于经济、教育更为落后的少数民族贫困地区而言,由于自身特殊的民族背景往往需要对职业培训的内容与方式进行适当地调整,有的放矢真正实现对民族地区劳动力素质的改善。基于此,政府有必要对这些少数民族剩余劳动力进行专门的分类培训,通过分类培训的方式提高少数民族偏远地区农村劳动力的综合素质,即根据受教者所属的转移劳动力类型,从培训目标、培训组织者、培训机构、培训资金以及培训内容5个方面构建与之相适应的转移分类培训体系,最终提升少数民族偏远地区转移劳动力的社会适应性和市场竞力。
The economy, educationforpoor ethnic minority areasand backward, due to its own special nationalbackgroundoften requiresthe contents and ways ofoccupationtrainingto make the appropriate adjustments,have a definite object in viewof thequality of the labor forceto realize nationalareas to improve.Based on this, it is necessary for the government toconduct special training,the classificationoftheminorityof surplus labor force,improve the overall quality ofrural labor force inremote minority areasthrough theclassificationtraining, according to thepeople belonging to thetransfer of labor forcetransfertraining systemconstruction type, classificationand corresponding to the5 aspectsfrom the training objectives,trainingthe organizers, training institutions, training funds, training content, and ultimately enhance theremote minorityarealabor social adaptabilityand competitiveness in the market.
