摘要
培训基地运行管理是关系到住院医师培训质量的关键。现从培训基地平台的建设、管理机制的完善以及不断改革创新方面,介绍培训基地的管理经验。医院必须把教育教学工作放在医院功能定位和发展的重要位置,持续基地建设、夯实培训平台是住院医师培训工作的基础,不仅在教学条件和教学环境方面的不断优化,更重要是对师资队伍的长期建设;完善的管理规章制度是保证培训顺利开展的保障和前提;改革创新是培训工作持续发展的动力,采用360度多源回馈、督查、考核等多种方法相结合,定期对培训专科、指导教师、住院医师进行综合评价,形成完善的质量监控体系,保证培训质量的不断提高。
Training base management is one of the most important factors to the quality of resident training. The author's resident training base is the national level demonstration base. The author has introduced the management experience of the construction of training base platform, the perfection of management mechanism and the reform and innovation. Teaching and educating is one of the most important works in the hospital. Continuous training base and platform construction is the foundation of the resident training. It is not only optimization of teaching conditions and environment, but also the continuous faculty development. The perfect management system is the important premise and guarantees to do training. Reform and innovation is the driving force for the sustainable development.Training base, teaching staff and residents are comprehensively evaluated by the method of 360 degree feedback,multiple combination of inspection and assessment which forming a perfect quality control system and ensuring the continuous improvement of the training quality.
