总结天津某医院开展住院医师规范化培训工作以来,在组织管理与制度建设、师资培训、过程管理以及考核管理方面的探索与实践,介绍住院医师规范化培训管理的成功经验。
It summarized the exploration and practice of resident standardization training management in a certain hospital in Tianjin, which concerned organization management and policy construction, training for residents＇ tutors, process management, and assessment management, and introduced the successful experiences of resident standardization training management.
