摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法,对以往足球后备人才培养研究进行梳理。基于治理理论的指导,分析我国校园足球发展面临的现状,并结合SWOT理论对校园足球发展优势、劣势、挑战和机遇进行剖析,指出我国校园足球发展的必然性及必要性。同时依托校园足球的发展,对实现我国足球后备人才的普及与提高提出更加有效的应对策略,为我国校园足球的开展及足球后备人才的培养提供理论指导,且充分体现其实践价值。
This essay analyzes cultivation of football reserve talent by literature study and logical analysis.It analyzes present state of school football development in our country under the guidance of governance theory.And combined with STOW,it dissects advantages,disadvantages,challenges and opportunities of school football development,points out necessity of its development.Meanwhile,it puts forward more effective measures on popularity of football reverse talents and improvements of their qualities based on school football development,which offers theoretical guidance to development of school football,cultivation of football reverse talents and fully reflects itspractical values.
