摘要
本文通过文献研究法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对湛江市中学校园足球课余训练的师资队伍、具体实施状况及发展保障情况等方面的开展现状进行了详尽分析与深入探讨,针对当前湛江市中学校园足球课余训练存在的经费不足、师资专业化水平有待提高、竞赛环境不佳等问题提出对策,以期为湛江市中学校园足球深入开展与建设提供一定的理论依据与实践参考。
This paper,through literature research,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics research methods,makes detailed analysis and in-depth discussion on the teaching resource,implementation situation and development guarantee status of Zhanjiang middle school campus football after-school training. In view of the current problems such as funds inadequacy, under developed teachers ＇ expertise and poor competition environment,related countermeasures are provided to offer theoretical basis and practical references for the in-depth development of Zhanjiang middle school campus football and construction
