彩色镀膜玻璃的溅射法制备及其环境稳定性研究 被引量:1

Preparation and Its Environment Stability of the Colorized Glass Coated by Magnetron Sputtering

摘要 经过膜系设计,以TiO_2和SiO_2为介质膜,采用磁控溅射镀膜工艺,制备了不同颜色的镀膜玻璃,计算了不同颜色玻璃的色坐标。用XPS表征了TiO_2薄膜中Ti元素价态以及化学计量比;用紫外-可见光谱仪测试了复合膜选择性反射的特性;通过将镀膜玻璃浸泡于酸、碱中测试了其环境稳定性。测试结果表明,复合膜具有较强的抗碱能力,但其抗酸腐蚀能力较弱,随着腐蚀时间的延长,反射谱线向短波方向漂移且峰值降低;同时,也分析了腐蚀机理和谱线漂移的原因。 The composite films coated glass with the different colors were designed using TiO_2 and SiO_2 composite films,and successfully deposited on the glass substrates via magnetron sputtering.And the CIE coordinates of the colorized glass were computed.The valence and stoichiometric ratio of the TiO_2 film were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The characteristics of composite films 'selective reflection were detected by ultraviolet-visible spectrometer.The coated glass were soaked in acid and alkali to test their environmental stability.The results show that the composite film has stronger ability to resist alkali compared with acid.As the extension of immersion time in acid,the reflection spectrum drifts towards shortwave and the peak of the spectrum has a certain decline.At the same time,the corrosion mechanism and the cause of the drift of the spectrum were explained.
