深圳市宝安区3~17岁儿童行为问题筛查情况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的了解深圳市宝安区3-17岁儿童多动症状、行为问题发生情况,为本地区开展儿童多动症干预提供依据。方法 2015年1-6月分层随机抽取深圳市宝安区1 455名3-17岁儿童完成《Conner's儿童行为问卷(父母用)》和《ADHD评定量表(Ⅳ)》筛查,对筛查资料进行分析。结果行为问题依次为学习问题(8.32%)、心身问题(4.88%)、品行问题(2.13%)、多动指数(1.92%)、冲动多动问题(0.82%),焦虑问题(0.21%)。女童的学习问题得分异常率(4.74%)高于男童(3.57%);6-8岁儿童的学习问题得分异常率最高(4.74%);男童多动症状和冲动症状得分异常率(3.16%、4.26%)高于女童(1.17%、1.65%)(P〈0.05)。结论儿童行为问题出现有其性别和年龄上的分布特点,6-8岁是儿童出现行为问题、多动症症状的高峰阶段,女童最常见学习问题,男童多动症状、冲动症状多见,可根据性别、年龄特点进行防治。 Objective To understand the attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)situation of children from 3to 17 years old in Baoan district,Shenzhen,and provide the basis for the establishment of prevention and control model. Method A total of 1 455 children from 3to 17 years old in Baoan district were randomly selected to complete " Conners Children Behavioral Questionnaire(parents)" and "the Vanderbilt ADHD Parent Rating Scale(Ⅳ)" in January to June2015,then the screening results were analyzed. Results The learning problem rates of girls(4.74%)and 6-8years old children(4.74%)were higher than others(P〈0.05).The hyperactivity and impulsive symptoms rates of boys(3.16%,4.26%)and 6-8years old children(3.23%,3.71%)were higher than others(P〈0.05).Learning problems,psychosomatic problem and impulsive hyperactivity problems appeared in 3-5years old children,then behavior problems appeared in 6-8years old children,anxiety problems appeared in 9-11years old children lastly. Conclusions Children's behavior problems are characterized by their gender and age,6-8years old is the key age.Girls have more learning problems,boys have more hyperactivity and impulsive symptoms,it can be prevented by to characteristics of gender and age.
