摘要
信息化时代对翻译人才的培养提出了新要求,译者除了具备传统的翻译能力,如双语能力、专业知识能力以外,还应具备高级计算机应用能力、辅助翻译工具使用能力、翻译项目管理能力等。改进翻译人才培养,须从改进课程设置、联合社会力量共同培养译者、加强国际交流与合作、建立完善的考核评价体系等方面着手。
Information age puts forward new requirements on the cultivation of translator,in addition to the traditional abilities in translation,such as bilingual ability,professional knowledge,ability,translators also should have advanced computer application ability,the ability of using auxiliary translation tools,project management skills,etc. To cultivate more qualified translators,the translator training should include the following aspects： Improve the curriculum of the English major,Cooperate with Social forces to train translators,Strengthen the international exchanges and cooperation,Establish a perfect evaluation system of professional admittance.
