摘要
“欧洲翻译技术硕士”项目旨在通过高质量教育教学,培养精通翻译前沿应用软件、应用程序研发与使用的专业人才。该项目开辟了一条全新的翻译人才培养路径,开启了一套全新的翻译人才培养模式,这主要得益于项目打造翻译技术特色,紧跟技术发展前沿,深度融合行业,秉持国际化发展理念。欧洲翻译技术硕士项目对于中国翻译人才培养具有启示意义:首先,正视当前存在的不足,重视高层次、专业性翻译技术人才培养;其次,提升教师翻译技术素养,优化师资队伍知识结构;第三,加大校企合作力度,拓展产教融合深度;最后,推动人才培养国际化,提升人才培养成效和质量。
European Masters in Technology for Translation and Interpreting(EM TTI),through high-quality education,aims to cultivate specialists proficient at developing and using the cutting-edge translation software and applications.EM TTI has opened up a new path and a new mode for translation-related talent cultivation,which is mainly attributed to its pursuing the characteristics of translation technology,keeping up with the technological frontiers,deeply integrating with the translation industry,and adhering to the principle of internationalization.The programme provides several implications for translation-related talent cultivation in China.Firstly,face up to the current problems,and attach importance to the cultivation of high-level professional technological specialists in translation and interpreting.Secondly,improve teachers'professional competence in translation technology,and optimize the knowledge structure of the teaching staff.Thirdly,strengthen the university-enterprise cooperation,and reinforce their integration.Finally,promote the internationalization of translation-related talent cultivation,and enhance the effectiveness and quality of the cultivation.
