介绍了81MnCrV热轧盘圆钢种的生产流程及质量要求。承钢公司着重从转炉冶炼、LF炉精炼、连铸保护浇铸、轧线控轧控冷等方面,对过程关键点进行了严格控制,有效提高了81MnCrV热轧盘圆钢的冶金质量,满足了预应力钢绞线用户的需求。
It is introduced the production flow and quality demand for 81 MnCrV hot- rolling steel wire rod.In Cheng Steel,its key production points is strictly controlled in converter smelting,LF furnace refining,protective casting in continuous casting. All of this effectively improves its metallurgical quality,makes it meet the demand of customers to produce the pre- stressed steel strand.
