摘要
本文通过采用十字锻造法生产H13R锻钢产品,在生产试制过程中对钢水纯净度、锻造变形过程的严格控制,并进行冲击功检验,检验该钢种的高低倍质量,为今后此钢种及类似钢种的生产积累了经验。
In this paper, through the production of H13R forging steel products using cross forging method, strict control of the production process on the purity of molten steel, the forging deformation process, and the impact test, testing Microstructure and Macroscopic structure quality of this steel, for the production of the steel grade and similar experience.
